Zusammenfassung der Position

The Addressable Manager is responsible for the activation and management of a portfolio of addressable campaigns for Matterkind. Backed by the very best technology and solutions in Australia the Addressable Manager will provide client counsel influencing the growth of addressable media investment through Trading excellence.


As an Addressable Manager, you will directly work with client advisory teams and agency direct to elevate Matterkind solutions through trusted agency & client relationships, maximizing client media outcomes. Leaning on your experience you will be responsible for the training, mentorship, and delegation of tasks to towards direct reports.


  • Implement, manage, optimise, and report on addressable campaigns at an expert level.
  • Responding to briefs for addressable activity.
  • Progress digital adoption through client familiarization of Addressable/Matterkind solutions.
  • Lead product innovation, attracting adoption of addressable channels for business growth through media counsel, strategic advice, thought leadership and delivery of audience-based solutions. Supporting BETA testing & ensuring data integrity for any associated projects.
  • Lead campaign KPI fulfilment on behalf of team portfolio. Collaborate with agency partners to extract optimal campaign performance, fulfill client objectives and hero campaign results through an insights led approach.
  • Identify digital growth opportunities for clients via channel diversification and MarTech infrastructure evaluation.
  • Provide direction to direct reports via task management and prioritisation in line with agency requests and client SLA’s.
  • Respond to strategic campaign briefs in line with agency planning process, whilst ensuring digital best practice is implemented when supporting Executives respond to tactical campaign briefs.
  • Evangelize Addressable solutions by customizing collateral, productize solutions, and familiarize agency partners & clients with product offerings.
  • Activate campaign optimisation strategies, assisting on new strategies and review/evaluation of these to communicate with wider team. Expand campaign optimization framework for Trading Executives.
  • Manage relationships with AdTech vendors and media partners to remain at the forefront of industry changes, uncover benefits and opportunities for clients to deliver business outcomes.
  • Create strong internal relationships within Mediabrands.

  • A basic understanding of media planning and buying

Salary ranging from $90,000-95,000 per annum including superannuation.
