Zusammenfassung der Position

The Matterkind Reporting & Media Ops Analyst will have responsibility for providing reporting, information and insights regarding campaign performance for Programmatic, Paid Search and other media campaigns.


1.       Support Campaign Management, Client Services and executive management teams with regularly planned and ad hoc reporting and analytics via agency dashboards and reports.

2.       Interpret campaign performance, including media, creative, strategy and landing page, while providing creative insights and solutions to meet campaign needs

3.       Assist Sr Analyst and other Analytic team members on various marketing analysis projects.

4.       Assist in media campaign reporting and analysis in a timely manner

5.       Manage stakeholder expectations and assist in specifying information and reporting requirements.

Experience in Statistics, Business or other analytic discipline preferred

 Work Experience:

·         1-2 years of related business experience preferred


  • Familiarity with Data Visualization products very helpful (Datorama, Tableau, SAS, etc.)
  • Familiarity with DSP’s, Ad verification vendors, and Google/DCM tools very helpful.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
  • Strong MS office skills: Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc.
  • An independent, reliable person who is capable of running with a project, but willing to seek guidance as needed
  • Ability to apply statistical analysis methods and techniques with the assistance of appropriate software tools as needed
  • A strong customer service mentality
  • Familiarity with advertising metrics and analysis, including online and offline
  • Familiarity with business management and operation principles and concepts
  • Large advertising agency, ad network or publisher experience preferred

We also offer a competitive Total Compensation package, including a competitive salary and eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award or a relevant incentive award.

The pay range for this position is $65,300 to $75,000. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee’s/applicant’s skill set, level of experience, and qualifications.

Maximum Salary 75,000
