Position Summary

The Assistant Analyst, Operations will be responsible for working directly with the Digital media teams to create and manage bespoke and templated reports. The ideal candidate must be comfortable integrating data from different sources to produce reports that will drive financial and business inputs, which will be pivotal for tracking the progression of Orion partnerships. This position requires attention to detail, proactivity, analytical mindset, strong communication skills, alongside working well in a team environment. Candidates are expected to be curious, self-motivated, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. This role supports the various media types across the business in preparing, maintaining, and stewarding clients' media schedules.
Key Responsibilities
· Utilize Excel templates and internal databases to create Orion specific documents (investment bank and deal performance trackers, etc.)
o Understand and utilize media-specific business rules and tasks
o Combine spreadsheets, files and data sources into established formats
o Assemble and create reports according to the timing in the monthly and quarterly business calendar
· Track and report on the completion of process tasks
o Supply partner submission of data / files
o Report distribution to Digital team and supply partners
o Data adjustments as provided by the Digital supply team
o Completion of monthly reports
· Input and govern digital media insertion order data into MediaOcean/PRISMA
· Participate with Operations and Media teams to streamline and automate processes across the business
· Establish a positive and professional working relationship with all Orion staff across various disciplines
· Assist with ad hoc operations requests
Desired Skills & Experience
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on Microsoft Excel (Excel baseline requirements: VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, PIVOTS, etc.)
· Exceptional organizational skills with a high attention to detail
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Analytical mindset and entrepreneurial spirit
· Thrives on accomplishing tasks accurately and efficiently
· Maintain a high level of integrity and be a team player
· Ability to prioritize, shift attention when prompted, and work in a fast-paced environment
· Experience working in Microsoft Access a plus
· Experience with MediaOcean products (PRISMA) a plus
