Position Summary

The Director of Project Management will motivate and manage a direct team of project managers and will be responsible for the successful conclusion of projects by providing leadership, strategically managing risk, monitoring finance and making sure that each phase of the project starts and ends on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Steer strategic approach across projects, project management as a discipline and our project management tool
  • Manage communication of senior leadership
  • Motivate and manage a direct team of project managers
  • Manage indirect team of cross functional resources
  • Manage a portfolio of projects, both internal and external
  • Develop and maintain program and project plans
  • Develop and maintain project charters, SOWs and requirements
  • End to end analysis and assessment of project scope to align resources
  • Develop and maintain project milestones, preceding tasks and dependencies
  • Mitigate risk associated with project delivery
  • Escalate tasks or projects that are at risk

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 10-12 Years experience in project management
  • Deep knowledge of Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall and JAD methodologies
  • Experience implementing enterprise wide project management tools
  • Experience in scaling workflow technology
  • Experience in marketing, media or technology
  • Six Sigma Green through Black belt preferred

We also offer a competitive Total Compensation package, including a competitive salary and eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award or a relevant incentive award.

The salary range for this position is $140,000 to $160,000.  Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, tenure and standing with the Company (applicable to current employees), as well as the employee’s/applicant’s skill set, level of experience, and qualifications.
