Position Summary

Mediabrands is seeking an Analytics Manager to join the Analytics & Insights team to support quantitative market research studies, which lead to insights and recommendations for enhanced media planning. This role, with a focus on executing research studies, data analysis, and report creation, will help guide media decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Market Research 50%
Assist in Designing and implementing the quantitative survey.
Check and clean survey data, analyze data to uncover insights, and understand differences in opinion among different audience groups.
Create presentations and develop ways to visualize data in engaging and easy-to-understand charts and graphs
Collaborate closely with media planning and analytics to deliver meaningful insights for clients
Effectively work with external research vendors throughout the research process: data collection, data processing, and results reporting.
Ensure vendor deliverables quality throughout all phases of the project
Responsible for survey project management and administrative follow up (PO, budget control, payments)

Analytics and Reporting 30%
Liaise with Media and IT teams to ensure reporting automatization deliverables
Be able to understand media data base structures and data flows to provide guidelines for rerting needs
Automatization Project Management follow up
Analyze and structure data for marketing mix modelling

Media Planning 20%
Work with media planning teams to provide analyses (NSE, demographics, consumer behavior, etc.) to create high profile audiences for media campaigns
Perform social listening with dedicated tools to plan and evaluate media campaigns
Develop consumer and media performance ad-hoc analysis

Desired Skills & Experience

Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or Actuarial Science bachelor’s degree.
3-6 years executing market research studies, ideally in a market research agency.
Good project management skills and ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects.
Advanced Excel knowledge. Ideally with experience in one statistical analysis software such as SPSS, SAS or R and data visualization software such as Power Bl or Tableau.
Advanced written English.
