Position Summary

Reporting to the Performance Director, the Performance Manager is crucial in delivering best in-class digital solutions to your clients. This role focuses on driving best in class digital strategy, mainly across  social. You’d be responsible for managing the day to day of the Executives and Coordinators and whilst this is a manager role you should never be shy from getting down and dirty on the tools.

Key Responsibilities

Working in a client facing role, you will be crucial in:
  • Working on paid media campaigns across social channels, with a heavy focus on Facebook as well as Instagram.
  • Developing creative strategies to build engagement and following to attract users to social media platforms and social media strategies to converts users into customers.
  • Stakeholder management - working closely with both internal and external stakeholders and building and maintaining strong relationships. 
  • Large focus on optimising the process end to end.
  • Manage Paid Social Media budget and create analytics to quantify and qualify the effectiveness of interactive campaigns.
  • Run bespoke reports with added insights on account performance

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years’ experience within paid social performance ideally with an agency background.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to manage both internal and external stakeholders 
  • Strong client facing experience combined with the ability to translate technical information.
  • Analytically minded, with a thirst for knowledge 
  • Team management experience with the ability to nurture and grow talent.
  • Team player with the ability to have fun!
