Position Summary

We are strategic partners invested in shared outcomes who create lifetime customer value across addressable media. Responsible for delivering and developing successful media programs through addressable planning and total path optimization across all addressable channels. Provides guidance on audience strategies, optimization approach, and campaign architecture and serve as a key lead in the expansion of relationships and/or revenue opportunities with marketers. Develops and provides key reports on all aspects of reporting necessary to deliver performance on a campaign. 

  • Under daily supervision, works within specific limits and authority on assignments of moderate complexity
  • Possesses functional knowledge and continues to build knowledge of the company, processes and clients through formal on-the-job training
  • Performs a range of assignments related to job discipline; solves problems in straightforward situations; analyzes possible solutions using technical experience and judgment and precedents
Key Responsibilities
  • Supports the needs of Sr Associates and Managers on day-to-day management of a customer assignment.
  • Begins to build vendor relationships and understanding of the value proposition of each vendor
  • Brings recommendations to customers.
  • Responsible for daily project management and vendor engagement.
  • Ensure proper pacing of impression/click delivery for campaigns and delivery of reports to clients.
  • Helps design performance updates, business reviews, and new audience-based addressable solutions

  • Relationship Management: Managing existing business relationships, partnerships, and alliances internally and externally (Basic)

  • Digital Media Systems and Tools: Knowledge of technology or measurement ad tech solutions, including platforms (Limited)
