Position Summary

As Associate Director, Global Talent Attraction Strategic Programming, you will be responsible for the development and execution of overall strategy, providing innovative strategic direction in the area of students, diversity recruitment and directing the efforts to design cutting-edge programs in support of existing and future business needs.  You will also be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the completion of specific Talent Attraction related projects for Kinesso and Matterkind, while ensuring these projects are on time and within scope for our global offices.
Key Responsibilities
• You will be the primary point of contact for campus and pipeline program management, creating environments for Talent Attraction and Hiring Managers to form engaging and nurturing relationships with early careers talent, while also creating opportunities to attract a more diverse and inclusive talent pipeline.
• You will act as a primary point of contact for global DE&I recruiting with global talent partners and business leaders, providing updates throughout the talent cycle as well as YOY progress updates. This includes interpreting recruiting related metrics into YOY progress updates utilizing Excel and PowerPoint.
• You will research, initiate and cultivate relationships and partnerships with various organizations (including but not limited to university career services, campus organizations, and key diversity partners) that can provide access to select candidate pipelines.
• In partnership with SVP, Global Talent Attraction, you will work with executive leaders and talent partners to understand gaps in the business and ideate pipeline programs to fill these needs.

• You will plan and execute on Kinesso’s campus and pipeline program events/programming including mentorship and trainings, cohort activities, networking and social events in partnership with Talent Development. 
You will plan for offsite or virtual campus and DEI recruiting career fairs and drive branding and engagement across teams as needed. 
• You will drive awareness and education on diversity recruiting practices through trainings and conversation with internal stakeholders and Talent Attraction Team.

• In partnership with TA Leads, you will create the right incentives for high-performing early careers and pipeline talent to explore transfers into full-time positions.  
• You will ensure our internal and external candidates are stepping into a hiring process that is equitable
Desired Skills & Experience
• You have excellent project/program management skills and have a successful track record of execution of initiatives from start to finish.
• You understand the importance of looking at our talent attraction strategy and processes through a DE&I lens. 
• You are strategic in nature, with demonstrated ability to think and act long-term and translate business requirements into recruiting strategies across several lines of business.
• You have strong management skills and a passion for motivating and developing talent.
• You are metrics-driven and use data to guide your strategy.
• You strive to make an impact and enjoy taking on varying levels of responsibility.
• You have excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with and influence stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
• You're a relationship builder and place great importance on the candidate and employee experience.
