Position Summary
This role sits within our Poland hub as part of an international team. The only difference is location, otherwise we are one coherent unit!
The Campaign Manager is involved in leading a team in all stages of the Programmatic lifecycle, from pre-campaign planning, implementation and testing, to optimisation, recommendations and post-campaign analysis.
This is across multiple formats such as (but not limited to) Display, Video, CTV, Audio and DOOH which is across multiple DSPs.

Key Responsibilities
The Campaign Manager will work across many of Matterkind’s key clients and as this is a client-facing role the Campaign Manager should possess strong communication and presentational skills.

 Campaign Management:

● Assist in the creation and recommendations of media plans
● Ensure all media plan requirements are correctly implemented in the DSP.
● Maximizing campaign performance via optimisations according to our client’s KPI’s
● Able to deliver in depth analysis post campaign
● Able to troubleshoot any issues within the DSP or tech platform
● Liaise with the agency account leads and clients directly to discuss current campaign optimisation and recommendations.
● Work with the wider Campaign Management team to build a strategic optimisation framework and testing framework to deliver outstanding results.
● Propose to test new technologies, data, and betas to deliver innovations.
● Work directly with third-party ad servers, rich media vendors, clients, media buying and trafficking teams and internal staff on all elements related to creative specifications, submission and ad trafficking.
● Have an excellent understanding of all elements of Matterkind applications and product offerings.

People:

● Able to lead a team successfully and be responsible for their development and progression
● Be able to onboard new people successfully to our ways of working and getting them integrated in the team
● Able to teach and train a group of individuals to be competent in setting up campaigns, optimising and troubleshooting
● Encourage training and ensure that direct reports are developing via tracked goals and KPI's
● Own relationship with relevant accounts and build trusted relationship with key stakeholders

Desired Skills & Experience
● At least 2-3 years experience in the Programmatic field
● Strong experience in at least 1 of the following DSP’s: DV 360 / The Trade Desk
● Solid understanding of digital advertising concepts and terms.
● Strong understanding of ad networks, exchanges and auction marketplaces.
● Prior experience with trafficking digital ad campaigns in an ad server or DSP.
● Ability to troubleshoot and familiarity with the ad-server interface.
● Familiarity with creative testing, media formats and technologies.
● Excellent client service approach and ability to multitask with great attention to detail.
● Fundamental knowledge of ad targeting methodologies.
● Ability to work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team.
● Any advertising agency, ad network or publisher experience preferred.
