Position Summary
The Global Client Partner will help drive the business for one of our most strategic clients. Your efforts will be focused on developing mutually beneficial relationships across a matrixed, globally distributed organization that will play a major role in driving data-backed, addressable strategies and solutions to partners and clients. 
You will be deeply involved in aligning the best Global Matterkind approach to solving those challenges. You will also consult and collaborate with addressable strategy and activation teams, data and product specialists, and key clients to make this proposition a reality. You will lead global projects with agencies/partners and facilitate the establishment of dedicated activation teams to deliver programs and solutions. Working closely with Matterkind’s leadership team and Kinesso, you will align with Matterkind’s regional teams to ensure that the right parties across IPG are involved in approvals and support of new opportunity development.  
Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop relationships with key constituents across the agency community.
  • Aid in the implementation of the plan for net new growth from new channels, partners and products.
  • Influence the development of sales materials and provide recommendations on marketing requirements.
  • Assist in the development of tailored pitch proposals and RFP responses for agency new business opportunities that showcase compelling, benefit-focused addressable strategies.
  • Stay on top of new and emerging technologies that will push addressable solutions to further drive innovation and better outcomes for clients.
  • Network and effectively liaise with senior executives and decision-makers across brands, clients and agencies.
  • Partner with your manager, and the global leadership team, to monetize new practice areas and accelerate the adoption of Matterkind offerings.
  • Partner with Kinesso’s Client Solutions, Product, and Marketplace teams, along with Acxiom, to provide insights and requirements in order to continuously evolve current systems and spawn the creation of innovative new offerings.
  • Drive cross-functional teams to develop creative solutions for internal and external challenges.
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Successfully worked in a Director role in the digital space for 2 years, with career experience specifically in digital media preferred.
  • Exceptional experience in account management experience in digital marketing, direct marketing or e-commerce, client and/or agency experience preferred.
  • Proven success in delivering clear, strategic presentations to senior marketing executives and managing multi-market engagements.
