Position Summary

We are strategic partners creating lifetime customer value across addressable media. As the Director, Guaranteed and TV Outcomes you will be responsible for the strategy, enhancements, and innovation across our Guaranteed & TV Outcomes performance marketing solutions. This role will provide guidance on solution offerings, enhancements, roadmap, and new innovative pricing models. You will be a key lead in the expansion of the guaranteed outcome solution set that will create new revenue opportunities for the client and IPG.

Key Responsibilities

Leads solution strategies, thought leadership, commercials, Solution requirements may be guided by client objectives.

Seeks new vendor opportunities and scopes; bring own expertise to vendor selection; works with vendors and internal teams to ensure best pricing and terms.

Partners with Business Development, Growth, Advisory, Consulting, Data and Tech Services, and Client Experience teams on solution strategy and feature set to ensure relevant strategies are implemented and ensure campaigns are meeting/exceeding client goals and maximizing revenue.

Provides proactive contribution to business growth by identifying new business opportunities; develops long-term, sticky solutions for clients.

Organizes and presents reporting for internal leadership, including for use in client reporting and presentation. 

Tactically manages subordinates; has responsibility for hiring, performance appraisals, coaching and career development.

Establishes and monitors standards, processes, and communications; develops departmental plans, business, and/or organizational priorities.

Influences others internally and externally, including senior members of the IPG account team.

 

Desired Skills & Experience

7+ years of experience in adtech, martech, and/or agency account management required, agency trading (trade desk) is a plus.

Relationship Management: Managing existing business relationships, partnerships, and alliances internally and externally (Expert) 

Problem Solving: Anticipates, recognizes, and clearly defines problems using various techniques to systematically analyze, weigh alternatives and propose solutions (Expert) 

Leadership Development: Seeking and curating new business relationships and/or solutions; developing solutions using new or existing processes; and building team leadership qualities and soft skills needed to manage up/down/laterally (e.g., ability to navigate and be effective with multiple personalities) (Advanced) 

Prioritization: Assesses and ranks issues and tasks in order of importance for taking action (Expert) 

Digital Media Systems and Tools: Knowledge of technology or measurement ad tech solutions, including platforms (Advanced), Microsoft Suite (Intermediate/Advanced), BI/Reporting tools (Intermediate)

Account Management: Expert

Data Analysis: Intermediate

Collaboration: Expert/Advanced

Project Management: Advanced

Communication: Advanced- Excellent communication and presentation skills

We also offer a competitive Total Compensation package, including a competitive salary and eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award or a relevant incentive award.

The pay range for this position is $138,000 to $172,500. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee’s/applicant’s skill set, level of experience, and qualifications.
