Position Summary

A role within the central global hub team, based in Singapore, focussed on EMEA activity.

The role is for a programmatic expert who has a proven track record of delivering best in class operational excellence. Responsible for the strategic planning, activation and optimisation of programmatic campaigns end-to-end.

Hands on experience trading in DV360 and a strong understanding of the Google marketing stack is compulsory, and you will be expected to have an ability to showcase and demonstrate subject matter expertise both at a micro (Optimisations) and macro (test and learn innovation projects) level.

This role is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for a role that bridges both between the agency and client with a lot of hands on exposure into the client side.

Key Responsibilities


  • Manage daily requests, workflow & relationships.
  • Develop a deep, trusted understanding of client's business.
  • Produce and present recommendations and thought leadership product/output that evolves current client approach.
  • Harvest actionable insights, use learnings, and propose strategic recommendations or innovative test and learn opportunities.


  • Manage campaign set up in platform and ensure quality checks in place for implementation
  • Manage bespoke PMP marketplace and deal creation
  • Manage and leverage client’s 1PD as part of campaigns to help achieve KPIs
  • Conduct daily monitoring of campaigns; performance and optimization and ensure information is clearly communicated to the client and internal team members through regular established reports at key milestones.
  • Identify potential performance/technical issues (both micro and macro) and address as necessary with both a healthy sense of urgency and clear action points.
  • Monitor media spend for a portfolio of campaigns to ensure on-time completion.
  • Assist in evolving the approach through both hygiene (process) and thought leadership (innovation).
  • Ability to evaluate and remain DSP agnostic as new opportunities arise.

  • At least 2 years experience in programmatic campaign management and planning.
  • Hands on experience with campaign management set up and optimization on DSP platforms, particularly with DV360, other platforms a bonus.
  • Strong level of understanding of programmatic capability across the digital ecosystem.
  • Effective and strong communicator with good presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and people management skills both internally and with clients.
  • Team Player, ability to delegate and manage stakeholders.
  • Professionalism; accountable, dependable with a commitment to quality.
