Summary

As a leader within Kinesso, you will help transform the business into a leading and profitable  entity, thereby driving tech equity and global revenue growth into IPG as a holding company differentiation.
Our Client Solutions team helps clients identify and design solutions to realize the full value of their consumer base, data assets, technology infrastructure, and media investments to drive business outcomes. This role is expected to be a strategic leader that helps problem solve and create new paths to success using capabilities across Kinesso, Matterkind, Acxiom, (AKM) and IPG as a whole. 

This leader should be comfortable using advanced tools for custom audience creation to provide deeper customer understanding – across third-party, second-party as well as client first-party data. This leader should also possess an understanding of data connectivity, identity resolution, platform, and enablement strategies to drive partnership with product and engineering teams. 
The objective is to accelerate IPG and Kinesso’s growth, delivering strong revenue gains by attracting new clients and delighting current clients to retain and expand their engagement. Client Solutions lead new client engagements on behalf of Kinesso, focusing on presale support to new business pitch teams, leading or co-leading expansion opportunities with existing clients, assisting with post-sale implementation plans, and managing the ongoing engagement by providing support and consultation to ensure strong business impact for our clients. 

This is a business development role focused on selling-consulting technology + data platforms and related services. 
Preferred candidate locations are New York, New Jersey, Illinois, and California however we are recruiting and hiring across the US for the right candidates.

Key Responsibilities
• US-BASED: Global travel when reinstated could ask for up to 40%, again when travel and health restrictions allow for it if leading a Global Pitch.  Day to Day role is operated within the Flexible by Design (home based vs occasional office) program.
• Non-US-Based: Regional travel when reinstated could ask for up to 40%, again when travel and health restrictions allow for it if leading a Global Pitch.  Day to Day role is operated within the Flexible by Design (home based vs occasional office) program.
• Be a GCS lead working with IPG agencies to position the Kinesso Applications and Services offering in context of solving client problems.
• Define and articulate a growth strategy based on the global priorities of Kinesso and taking into consideration the unique dynamics of the clients, agencies, maturity and opportunities for growth against the assigned group/agencies/clients.
• Lead the communication, pricing and selling of our data, applications, and services as core solutions to client's challenges as part of the respective agency’s pitch and cross-sell / up-sell process.
• Work directly with agency partners and clients to understand, document, and clarify client needs (stated and unstated) related to audience data and activation.
• Work with clients and our teams to identify and resolve technical or commercial barriers to the success of the sale and the ultimate success of the engagement.
• Contribute to the success of the overall team by participating or co-leading training, commercialization prep, product, or partnership development initiatives as needed
• Manage staff associated to the Kinesso Solution and Success teams, as assigned.
• Develop specific approaches and gain alignment to project plan for the client that helps us give confidence we can deliver the intended benefits, permits estimation of scope and pricing, and helps guide work of related teams during post-sale implementation (audience client success team, client media and CRM teams, programmatic teams, agency account management team, audience product team as needed)
• Work with account teams and clients to ensure the long-term health of the relationship, both by delivering strong results from audience work, and by ensuring that the key client stakeholders feel good about the overall success and value of those results
• Work with Kinesso global ad ops and marketing sciences teams to help identify clients with strong potential for growth in their respective offerings.
• Lead and design strategic approaches and methodologies for data implementation across multiple objectives
• Ensure solutions achieve client data initiatives while maintaining regional privacy compliance on a global scale
• Be an Innovator, and design new product/service/model solutions to extend or  "close the gaps" of current Kinesso products or bespoke client solutions 
• Contribute to the evolution of successful Kinesso product design, use case development 

Desired Skills & Experience
• Proven experience leading projects across disciplines, business units, organizations and reporting structures. 
• Ability to drive clarity and collaboration in a multi-stakeholder environment 
• Competency in technical sales, solution design and sales support – especially in a dynamic technology and data environment. 
• Demonstrated success in helping clients take concrete action based on analytics and data
• Demonstrated success in managing analytical, commercial, and emotional elements of a client relationship
• Strong understanding of the global data and ad tech ecosystem essential, with a focus on audiences, data infrastructure, security, media activation and measurement 
• Understanding of audience analytics capabilities and best practices (measurement, matching, onboarding, workflow, limitations and workarounds, etc.) in the current environment
• Working knowledge of data factors driving project success (e.g. role and value of PII vs. anonymized data, cookies vs. people, panels vs. census, passive vs. active/survey data, fused vs. matched data, etc.)
• Proficiency in storytelling, presentation and pitch story development. 
• Organizational agility and change management
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to engage, develop, and give feedback to drive success of colleagues not reporting to you directly
