Position Summary

As a leader within Kinesso, you will help transform the business into a leading and profitable consulting practice thereby driving tech equity into IPG as a holding company. 


Our Client Innovation team helps clients identify and design solutions to realize the full value of their consumer base, data assets, technology infrastructure and media investments to drive record-setting business outcomes.


The Client Innovation team supports the organization by connecting client needs to find the best solutions for connecting to their consumers in paid media and client owned channels with our comprehensive product and service offering. The role of the team is partnering with Client Solutions and Client Development teams to listen to our clients needs and helping connecting those needs to inform the strategic product roadmap, innovate new solutions, and to find partners to help fill any gaps. The role in short is helping to frame client needs with an eye towards future enablement and framing these needs to our own internal product teams. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Work primarily with IPG agencies around the world to position the Kinesso Applications and Services offering in context of the agency's media offering and Acxiom’s data clients. 
  • Communicate, document, innovate our applications, and services as core solutions to client's challenges.
  • Cross partner with IPG agencies to help innovate their capabilities by connecting Kinesso and Acxiom core data and technology capabilities,
  • Work directly with agency partners and clients to understand, document, and clarify client needs (stated and unstated).
  • Work with clients and our teams to identify and resolve technical or commercial barriers to the success of the sale and the ultimate success of the engagement.
  • Work with account teams and clients to ensure the long-term health of the relationship, by helping connect client needs to product stakeholders to continue to exceed client expectations in what can be delivered.
  • Lead and design strategic approaches and methodologies for data implementation across multiple objectives
  • Ensure solutions achieve client data initiatives while maintaining regional privacy compliance on a global scale
  • Contribute to the evolution of successful Kinesso product design, use case development as well as relating agency and client needs to drive successful sale and adoption.
Desired Skills & Experience

  • Proven leadership skills across multiple business units, organizations, and reporting structures
  • Collaboration, including ability to drive clarity in a multi-stakeholder environment
  • Technical sales, sales support, and solutions design, especially in a dynamic technology and data environment
  • Demonstrated success in helping clients take concrete action based on analytics and data
  • Demonstrated success in managing analytical, commercial, and emotional elements of a client relationship
  • Strong understanding of the global data and ad tech ecosystem essential, with a focus on audiences, data infrastructure, security, media activation and measurement 
  • Understanding of audience analytics capabilities and good practices (measurement, matching, onboarding, workflow, limitations and workarounds, etc.) in the current environment
  • Working knowledge of data factors driving project success (e.g. role and value of ideas like PII vs. anonymized data, cookies vs. people, panels vs. census, passive vs. active/survey data, fused vs. matched data, etc.)
  • The ability to develop technical architectures and data flows
  • Organizational agility and change management
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Ability to engage, develop, and give feedback to drive success of colleagues not reporting to you directly
  • Willingness to travel to clients and other firm offices up to 50%
