Position Summary
Our Client Solutions team helps clients identify and design solutions to realize the full value of their consumer base, data assets, technology infrastructure, and media investments to drive business outcomes. This role is expected to be a strategic leader that helps problem solve and create new paths to success using capabilities across Kinesso, Matterkind, Acxiom, (AKM), and IPG as a whole. This is a business development role focused on selling consulting technology + data platforms and related services.

This person should be comfortable using advanced tools for custom audience creation to provide deeper customer understanding – across third-party, second-party as well as client first-party data. This person should also possess an understanding of data connectivity, identity resolution, platform, and enablement strategies to drive partnership with product and engineering teams.

Client Solutions lead new client engagements on behalf of Kinesso, focusing on presale support to new business pitch teams, leading or co-leading expansion opportunities with existing clients, assisting with post-sale implementation plans, and managing the ongoing engagement by providing support and consultation to ensure strong business impact for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
  • Work primarily with IPG agencies around the world to position Kinesso, Matterkind, and Acxiom Applications and Services offering in the context of the agency's media offering and Acxiom’s data clients.
  • Help communicate, price, and sell our data, applications, and services as core solutions to client's challenges as part of the respective agency’s pitch and cross-sell / up-sell process.
  • Develop project plans for the creation of client solutions to ensure delivery of intended benefits and help guide the work of related teams during post-sale implementation (Client Success, Media and CRM, Programmatic, Agency Account Management, and Product teams).
  • Work with agency account teams and clients to ensure the long-term health of the relationship, both by delivering strong results and by ensuring that the key client stakeholders feel good about the overall success and value of those results.
  • Work with Kinesso global ad ops and marketing sciences teams to create a pipeline and help identify clients with strong potential for growth in their respective offerings.
  • Lead and design strategic approaches and methodologies for data implementation across multiple objectives.
  • Contribute to the success of the overall team by participating or co-leading training, commercialization prep, product, or partnership development initiatives as needed.
  • Contribute to the evolution of successful Kinesso product design, use case development, as well as relating agency and client, need to drive successful sale and adoption.

  • Proven experience leading projects across disciplines, business units, organizations, and reporting structures.
  • Ability to drive clarity and collaboration in a multi-stakeholder environment.
  • Competency in technical sales, solution design, and sales support – especially in a dynamic technology and data environment.
  • Demonstrated success in helping clients take concrete action based on analytics and data.
  • Demonstrated success in managing analytical, commercial, and emotional elements of a client relationship.
  • Strong understanding of the global data and ad tech ecosystem essential, with a focus on audiences, data infrastructure, security, media activation, and measurement.
  • Understanding of audience analytics capabilities and best practices (measurement, matching, onboarding, workflow, limitations, and workarounds, etc.) in the current environment.
  • Working knowledge of data factors driving project success (e.g. role and value of PII vs. anonymized data, cookies vs. people, panels vs. census, passive vs. active/survey data, fused vs. matched data, etc.).
  • Proficiency in storytelling, presentation, and pitch story development.
  • Organizational agility and change management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to engage, develop, and give feedback to drive the success of colleagues not reporting to you directly.
