Position Summary

The Assistant Analyst, Production Operations is responsible to track and process media inventory, utilizing various systems and tools. Ideal candidate must be comfortable integrating data from different sources to produce reports that will drive financial and business inputs. This position requires attention to detail, proactivity, analytical mindset, strong communication skills, alongside working well in a team environment. Candidates are expected to be curious, self-motivated, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. This role supports the various media types across the business in preparing, maintaining, and stewarding client’s media schedules.


Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize Excel templates and internal databases to create Orion specific documents (flowcharts, MSAs, Allocations, etc.)
  • Input and steward media schedule data into MediaOcean/MBOX and necessary spreadsheets (Pheaders, Estimate Creation, EDIs, etc.)
  • Prepare and distribute capital billing reports based on media buys/orders
  • Perform invoice matching on MediaOcean, reconciling billing and invoice discrepancies monthly
  • Participate with Operations to streamline and automate processes across the business
  • Establish a positive and professional working relationship with all Orion staff
  • Assist with ad hoc operations requests
