Description & Requirements
Position Summary
The Associate, Billing Analyst will support all day-to-day financial operations and month-end close deliverables. This role will collaborate with the Account Management team, Shared Services, and Controller’s group.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for assisting in billing and accrual processes for the US, North American, EU, Nordics markets
- Coordinate monthly billing and tracking of fees
- Review monthly billing packages for adherence to established processes and for accuracy
- Assist with workflow procedures and monitors in place to review and identify potential issues
- Responsible for creating monthly EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) report for automated invoice submission
- Assist with Persuasive Evidence (PE) tracking and Internal Service Request (ISR) preparation for revenue recognition purposes
- Work closely with internal media team and with Shared Services group on client billing activity
- Regular audits of client payable system, following each invoice submission
- Liaison with Shared Services to ensure client invoices are processed in a timely manner
- Oversee setup of new billing profiles, jobs and vendors in various internal systems
- Assist in managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Partner with Shared Services on disbursement troubleshooting
- Support Client Finance team in day-to-day operations
- Running and analyzing client reports from media buying system (MBOX)
Desired Skills & Experience
- BS/BA or equivalent experience
- Great organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to multitask, quick learner, a self-starter with ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Highly proficient in MS Office products, especially Excel (ability to create VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, PIVOTS, etc.)
- Experience with SAP Vantage a plus.

The salary range for this position is $50,000 to $50,000. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, tenure and standing with the Company (applicable to current employees), as well as the employee’s/applicant’s skill set, level of experience, and qualifications.
