Position Summary

The Associate of Demand Generation is an entry level position within Initiative requiring an eager, proactive and energetic person who is interested in beginning a career in media, and more specifically in the Lead Gen/Content Syndication space. The Associate will work on a high-profile B2B account at the agency and will support the team as they build a go-to-market media approach in the lead generation field. Seeking an innovative and strategic problem solver with a passion and enthusiasm for the marketing field and the love for driving results. The ideal candidate should like working with numbers, be detail oriented, have strong communication skills, work well in a team environment and have a level of curiosity that infects the entire team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help plan, execute, optimize and manage campaigns by using data and insights to craft strategy and align stakeholders
  • Regular client and external supplier interaction and relationship building
  • Prepare campaign level reporting, document and present learnings, findings and insights
  • Collaborate with colleagues across speciality and planning crafts to deliver best-in class results on behalf of clients
  • Ensure campaigns are executed according to the brief and in a timely manner
  • Working closely with the Demand Generation Manager to share knowledge and support client growth
  • Working closely with and support junior team members to share knowledge and allow delegation of certain tasks

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft programs, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to communicate concisely and clearly, both written and oral
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of an integrated team
  • Detail-oriented, organized, conscientious, with the ability to multi-task and work well under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

We also offer a competitive Total Compensation package, including a competitive salary and eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award or a relevant incentive award.

The salary range for this position is $50,000 to $50,000.  Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, tenure and standing with the Company (applicable to current employees), as well as the employee’s/applicant’s skill set, level of experience, and qualifications.
