Position Summary

Reprise, a global performance agency, is looking to add an Associate Director to our Analytics team, based in New York City.  The Associate Director will be responsible for helping Reprise clients understand how their performance marketing drives business results while maintaining the integrity of complex datasets through their various analytics platforms.  Additionally, you will help elevate the reporting, insights, recommendations, and utility of data and tech across Reprise by delivering best in class solutions across a portfolio of clients, providing high quality results within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

·       Brainstorm and provide guidance to client and agency teams to drive analytic objectives, develop analytic / measurement / communication frameworks, identify data needs and formulate data solutions, manage advanced analysis and modeling projects, and implement recommended solutions with a goal to achieve clients’ business objectives.

·       Hands-on development of analytics deliverables including dashboards, reports, measurement plans, and thought leadership POVs.

·       Ability to consolidate and package up insights, analytic outputs, and action items into a well-organized, consumable package with actionable recommendations and strategies for marketers.

·       Stay informed of advancements in industry trends and developing technology; proactively apply an entrepreneurial spirit in identifying opportunities to introduce, enhance, and improve Reprise analytical tools, data mining techniques and processes, and operating procedures.

·       Partner and represent Analytics within the Reprise organization to further the development and growth of the department.

·       Manage client relationships and identify ways to up/cross-sell Analytics capabilities.

·       Deliver high quality work which can be used to promote Reprise’s services.

·       Explore opportunities across the business with existing and prospective clients to cross-sell data, insights and optimization services.

·       Proactively provide ideas for increasing the net profitability and average lifetime value of accountable client projects.

·       Develop a strategic and technical roadmap for each client and showcase the findings to both internal and external stakeholders.

Desired Skills & Experience

·       Bachelor’s Degree in statistics, mathematics, or quantitative social sciences preferred.

·       6+ years of experience doing rigorous analysis, reporting, consulting, optimizing and test plan design.

·       Demonstrative experience in digital marketing and performance reporting.

·       Ability to define objectives and prepare KPIs as measurable metrics.

·       Expert in driving solutions using analytics, including auditing, implementation, insights, reporting and delivering actionable recommendations.

·       Involvement with data science software, database languages, big data technologies and cloud environments.

·       Exposure to, and understanding of, data science techniques, traditional statistical methods, ML, AI and its use in Digital Media.

·       Demonstrated proficiency in media / reporting platforms and 3rd Party Tools (Google Adwords, Google Campaign Manager, Bing Ads, Similarweb, Amazon Advertising, BrightEdge, Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.)

·       Proficient in the design and development of multichannel dashboards, including data aggregation, data transformation, summarizing data across a variety of platforms, (i.e Google Looker Studio, Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, etc.).

·       Capable of preparing and setting up experiments, applying targeting rules and audience conditions, launching, managing and reporting for test and learn plans.

·       Proficient in building business cases and financial models to support clients investments.

·       Confident in presenting insights, prioritizing opportunities to clients, stakeholders and internal teams.

·       Effective time management skills and the ability to deliver projects on time.

·       Experience delivering training considered an advantage.

·       Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, and mentoring teams.

We also offer a competitive Total Compensation package, including a competitive salary and eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award or a relevant incentive award.

The salary range for this position is $120,000 to $140,000.  Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, tenure and standing with the Company (applicable to current employees), as well as the employee’s/applicant’s skill set, level of experience, and qualifications.
