Description & Requirements

Position Summary

In this role, you will assist the Senior Associate PM in the management of creative assets and launch for paid digital media campaigns across Entertainment accounts. This person will support the liaison between internal (Communications Design & Partnerships) and external stakeholders (Client Creative Teams, Vendors, Creative Agencies) to execute approved campaign deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the flawless management of campaign execution digital deliverables
  • Review and maintain documents that define creative scope of work
  • Attend & support campaign kick-off meetings/calls by noting creative needs questions and drafting recaps
  • Provide campaign status updates and escalates issues to the Senior Associate
  • Maintain asset organization within file storage 
  • Processing and routing creative assets (key art, images, logos, fonts, videos, audio etc.)  to media partners creating custom ads
  • Track creative deliveries across all crafts and provide weekly status to client teams of upcoming deadlines
  • Prepare creative trafficking instructions for internal Ad Operations team 
  • Review test pages and mocks before routing to clients for creative approval 
  • Troubleshoot any placement functionality issues and solicit help from Ad Ops when needed
  • Provide creative status and its impact on launch to Digital Partnerships

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 0-2 years of project management experience within either media or creative services
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm for digital marketing 
  • Strong desire to learn and build knowledge of: digital marketing, asset management, creative production
  • Well-organized, ability to multi-task, strong written and oral communication skills, detail-oriented, energetic, can work as a team or independently and responsive to feedback

We also offer a competitive Total Compensation package, including a competitive salary and eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award or a relevant incentive award.

The salary range for this position is $50,000 to $50,000.  Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, tenure and standing with the Company (applicable to current employees), as well as the employee’s/applicant’s skill set, level of experience, and qualifications.
