Position Summary

We are looking for you to join our corporate finance team as a Billing Coordinator. In this role, you will assist in the monthly billing process for several of our important clients. This is a highly visible position, as you will play an integral role in both the finance team, as well as the client team.  

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversight of the monthly billing process for assigned clients.
  • Budget vs. Billing analysis on a monthly basis 
  • Preparation of accruals and billing upload files on a monthly basis 
  • Estimate and Reconciliation billing oversight according to Client calendar 
  • Create Billing Budget Summaries from Media Authorizations provided by Planners 
  • Pre-audit production vendor invoices for validity/approvals 
  • Maintenance of all production billing worksheets 
  • Discrepancy resolution with vendors and planners 
  • Respond to vendor requests for Accounts Payables information 
  • Process invoices 
  • Ad hoc projects as necessary

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Four-year college degree required
  • 0-1 years' experience in a Billing/Finance position 
  • Passionate about media/advertising billing 
  • Strong Excel skills (I.E. Pivot tables….etc)  
  • Mediabank and SAP experience preferred
