Position Summary

Supports day-to-day management for a large global client of budgets, PO tracking, billing QA, and the overall finance process between planning/activation/finance teams internally and with global media clients . Responsible for preparing client facing documents and financial reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc basis as needed. Candidate must be detail-oriented, organized, have the ability to manage a heavy volume of data on an ongoing basis flawlessly, proactively seek out solutions to challenges as they arise, collaborate well across multiple stakeholders, possess strong business acumen, and be strong in excel. The ability to manage key client and internal stakeholder relationships will be key.  Strong email, phone, and in- person communication skills are important.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships through effective project management of finance and budget deliverables and proactive problem solving. 
  • Support internal Finance and Planning/Activation teams for Global AWS account
  • Provide financial reporting, on an as need basis, for a range of client deliverables: 
  • Prepare and facilitate monthly client billing, client savings statements and various client trade credit reports 
  • Schedule and lead monthly budget/billing meetings with appropriate departments 
  • Update regular status reports and communicate with media teams internally and, as appropriate, with clients to track deliverables 
  • Provide accurate and timely media deliverables, as required, to include: buy schedules and maintenance, tracking and performance of added value as required by specific client needs 
  • Provide reporting of client activity internally to finance and accounting teams for forecasting and reconciliation purposes 
  • Update and maintain client billing matrix as required 
  • Address any ad hoc requests 
  • Liaise between various departments as part of billing process 
  • Participate in related interdepartmental projects and agency meetings

  • Proven ability to handle multiple priorities/tasks and consistently meet deadlines 
  • Able to communicate clearly and concisely through email 
  • Superior attention to detail 
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills with familiarity of entire Microsoft Office suite 
  • Comfortable working in various legacy and proprietary computer systems 
  • Works well under pressure

We also offer a competitive Total Compensation package, including a competitive salary and eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award or a relevant incentive award.

The salary range for this position is $75,000 to $90,000.  Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, tenure and standing with the Company (applicable to current employees), as well as the employee’s/applicant’s skill set, level of experience, and qualifications.
