Description & Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Working Capital Management

    

Client Billing & Collection

    

  • Work with planning team and client to prepare / review the documentation for client billing;
  • Apply for the client billing in system and work with Guangzhou BackOffice for any issues;
  • Work with planning team and client for AR collection;
  • Regular review the AR & WIP ageing report, follow up with different parties for all aged balances;
  • Prepare the billing and collection tracking file for top clients;
  • Regular review the exposure of client credit, work with IPG Treasury and insurance agency to maintain the credit limit;
  • Client & product codes control;

    

Vendor Payment

    

  • Review and apply for media payments;
  • Regular review the Accrued AP & AP aging report, work with Guangzhou BackOffice and buying team for all aged balances;
  • Vendor credit review and control;

    

Working Capital Control

    

  • Prepare the cash flow projection and working capital estimation report;
  • Cooperate with regional / global for all working capital related requests;

    

    

Contract Compliance & Others

    

Client Contract Compliance

    

  • Monitor compliant contract execution;
  • Support client audit and transparency;

    

Others

    

  • Support agency internal control & audit;

    

  • Cooperate with business and functional teams on the improvement of operational efficiency.
