Position Summary

The Content & Community Manager is an exciting role within the Owned & Content Partnerships team at Reprise Media. You will work across the wide range of specialisms found within digital marketing for social assets. This includes community management, social moderation, organic social media, content distribution and more. You will work with the other specialists and executives across Reprise and other Mediabrands agencies to ensure successful delivery of organic search and wider digital marketing product to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management of client campaigns and yearlong retainers.
• Moderating content and customer engagement on clients social profiles
• Supporting and leading Earned Community Coordinator’s delivery of client campaigns
• Oversees the day-to-day co-ordination of Content & Community Executives and Coordinators. • Producing & presenting detailed and accurate social media audits
• Attending both internal and external WIP meetings and client interaction
• Conduct social listening analysis & reports to identify key topics and trends
• Proactively using social listening tools to identify key market opportunities
• Deliver reports as per schedule such as sentiment analysis and monthly reports
• Help the account team prepare and deliver new business opportunities
• Responsible for the commercial delivery of assigned campaigns.
• Assisting Executives and Coordinators on the delivery of their assigned campaigns where relevant.
• Internally strategize with Mediabrands teams and/or clients on broader strategic capabilities both across the Content Partnerships team and, to an extent, the broader Reprise offering.

Project Management of Assigned Campaigns, including management of freelancers and finance where applicable. 

Desired Skills & Experience

As an Content & Community Manager you’ll be responsible for a wide variety of activities to satisfy your client and the team. As the ideal candidate, you’ll have:

3-5 years’ experience working in community management and digital marketing

3-5 years’ experience working broadly in social media with particular experience in social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn. 

Previous experience working with social listening tech platforms such as Crimson Hexagon, Social Bakers, Audiense or Sprinklr. 

Passionate about social media and digital marketing

Excellent written and oral communications skills

Excellent numeracy skills with the ability to analyse data and identify trends
