Position Summary

WANTED - ROCKSTAR DIGITAL CLIENT ADVISOR TO ADDRESS CLIENT CHALLENGES !


Provides strategic and tactical recommendations on digital/360 media plans, (reviews) draft plans, and regularly assesses progress of digital plan implementation. Maintains regular contact with clients to achieve both client's and company's objectives. 

Key Responsibilities

DIGITAL/360 MEDIA PLANNING


  • Listen to the clients’ needs and expectations and translate Digital/360 briefings into actionable solutions.
  • Work closely with diversified expert services (Strategy, Reprise, P&I, Matterkind, Rapport, Futures, Orion,...) to design strategic and tactical plans.
  • Present Digital/360 connection plans and offers to the client.
  • Follow up of Digital/360 media planning so that the tactical planning can be executed.
  • Ensure proactive business partnering, insights sharing and reporting to the client, and stay up to date with latest trends.
  • Use all tools according to the regional/national guidelines.
  • Manage the day-to-day planning and implementation activities for a group of clients/brands and adapt when required.
  • Ensure alignment with other departments.
  • Timely and accurate information sharing to all parties involved in order to optimize the business.



CLIENT MANAGEMENT


  •  Maintain and further develop client relations in order to increase clients’ loyalty and satisfaction (NPS).
  • Detect clients’ needs regarding any communication, business and media issue and anticipate to it.
  • Be the extended partner of your client, with your expertise and professionalism.
  • Build long lasting relationship with marketing/media executives on client side.
  • Be proactive regarding new trends and proposals.
  • Follow up of client satisfaction and put action plans in place.
  • Maintain an appropriate responsive working relationship with the client as well as with the staff at client agencies and vendors.
  • Be professionally accessible for the client.
  • Manage challenges and seek for solutions with the team.
  • Participate in pitch processes.


 

 BUDGET MANAGEMENT


  • Responsible for an efficient budget administration of the client in order to achieve optimal and qualitative marketing campaigns within time and budget, and linked with the profitability of the company.
  • Verify, control and monitor all authorizations and client budgets during the execution of the plan
  • Monitor client billing and resolve any related issues.

  • Constructive collaboration within and cross-department in gathering and sharing information on latest evolutions, clients and campaigns.
  • Work hand in hand with the experts and respect processes in order to maximize synergies for the clients.
