Position Summary

We are looking for a Finance Analyst to join our team. The Finance Analyst will play an integral role with both finance as well as client teams. The focus of this role includes costing out and maintaining client staff plans and fees, as well as understanding hours pacing and impact to client profitability

Key Responsibilities

  • Role reports into Sr Analyst and supports all things staffing related
  • Understand drivers of base salary variances and support preparation of monthly analysis 
  • Collaborate with Initiative client leads on fee and profitability analysis given shifts and changes to staff plans
  • Key point of contact for Talent Acquisition and reconciles to TA reports weekly; evaluate all staffing requests against finance tracking
  • Assist in preparation, monitoring, and updating of financial forecasts specific to salary analysis in Budgeting & Forecasting (B&F) system tool 
  • Assist with preparation of client allocation updates in B&F system tool

Desired Skills & Experience

  • BA/BS with major or minor in Accounting or Finance, or related fields
  • 0-1 years experience in a similar or related role 
  • Strong excel skills - including pivot tables, v-lookups, etc
  • Knowledge of Hyperion, SAP, or other financial system a big plus 
  • Strong competence in quantitative analysis and presentations
