Description & Requirements

Position Summary

Technical project manager for application development project with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills and proven experience to independently drive project lifecycles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • Ensure development specs align with established Business Requirements Document
  • Identify, communicate, and mitigate risks and issues effectively, elevating critical decisions when necessary
  • Prepare reports and presentations that summarize and clearly communicate project health and status to Initiative and Kinesso teams and leadership
  • Develop and maintain multiple detailed project plans to track initiative progress
  • Facilitate team meetings effectively with structured agendas and objectives, including post-meeting communication and monitoring of action items and decisions
  • Manage documentation including the development of SOPs and technical document

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development, web technologies and app development
  • Advanced experience with the Atlassian software suit (Jira/Confluence)
  • Extraordinary written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and presentation skills
  • You build great relationships and can work cross functionally in a matrix environment while be adaptable and flexible
  • Ability to Create, Edit and Customize Jira Workflows
  • Ability to manage projects across a matrixed organization
  • PMP Certification preferred
