Position Summary

We are looking for you to join the Reprise team as a Full Stack Software Developer. This person will be responsible for participating in the design, build, implementation, and maintenance of a Data Management and Governance Platform that drives automation throughout the organization.


As a member of the team, you will be expected to establish working partnerships with various groups across the enterprise including technology & business groups as well as outside customers, suppliers and vendors. The technologies you will be expected to work with involve both legacy systems as well as modern cloud-based services so you will be expected to learn new technologies and concepts very quickly.  A commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality product is essential.

Key Responsibilities

·         Responsible for the design, architecture, development, and maintenance of various features in the Data Management and Governance Platform

·         Develop features and modules that reduce friction throughout various aspects of the media planning/buying lifecycle

·         Design and develop both server-side and client-side components

·         Migrate platform from existing legacy server architecture to modern serverless microservices based architecture

·         Build positive momentum by building innovative software while focusing on simplicity, responsiveness, and an optimal user experience

·         Conduct functional, design, and code reviews

·         Understand the implementation of security and data protection

·         Develop and update technical documentation

·         Manage conflicting priorities and multiple projects concurrently

·         Independently interact with business stakeholders in the delivery of the project

Desired Skills & Experience

·         Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent with engineering experience

·         Proven experience as a full stack developer

·         Strong understanding of Python and RESTful APIs

·         Experience with multiple front-end languages, frameworks, and libraries (eg. HTML/CSS, JavaScript, React, Next.js)

·         Experience with PostgresSQL

·         Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and services (AWS preferably)

·         Knowledge of AWS Serverless services (Lambda, API Gateway, etc)

·         Possess a high degree of adaptability to learn new technologies as needed

·         Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills: welcome client’s business challenges and identify data driven solutions

·         Ability to investigate, analyze and solve problems as well as clearly communicate results

·         Strong attention to detail, well organized, and can prioritize tasks under pressure

·         Must be a team player but also can work independently

·         Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with the ability to learn and apply new concepts and tools quickly

·         Experience working in an agile product development environment
