Position Summary

This role is a senior management role reporting directly to the Managing Partner – Media. This role will act as leader for our integrated Biddable teams across our London, Leeds and Peterborough offices with a total head count of c.30.  We are looking for a Group Biddable Director, with strategic and operational experience across Paid Search, Social and Programmatic as well as experience managing a large and growing team, to ensure best in class thinking and delivery, develop our Biddable offering and drive growth of this specialism.

This individual will act as an expert on all things Paid Social, Search and Programmatic for both our clients and team members and shape the direction of the team with a focus on excellence and growth.

The perfect candidate will have strong experience working on performance and branding clients through key channels, hold expert knowledge in bid management technologies, including DSPs and 3rd party solutions, deep knowledge in data activation and data partnership development (1st, 2nd and 3rd party sources) as well as with custom audience solutions. Additional knowledge of web analytics tools and platforms would be beneficial.

This role is ideal for someone who is independent, focused on growth and excels at communication and organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Biddable Expertise
Leader for our integrated biddable teams across Leeds and London, ensuring operational excellence, innovation and performance effectiveness across all clients
Use your programmatic knowledge to represent holistic biddable thinking in our client responses and strategic thinking
Develop maturity frameworks for biddable sophistication to ensure clients investments deliver superior performance over the length of our partnership
Active role in pitches representing biddable channels
Contribute in developing new products and ways of working that improve results
Keep up to date with the latest products and industry developments to ensure the team and clients are at the forefront of digital marketing

Leadership & Management
  • Collaborating on departmental strategy documentation, process documents, development plans and any marketing promotional material deemed required by the business
  • Drive a strong thought leadership proposition
  • Monitor, evaluate and manage team resources
  • Collaborate with Planning, Client Services, Paid Search and Paid Social to improve processes, proposition and commercial advantage
Client Service
  • Developing a deep understanding of all our client business needs, proactively maximising the value clients receive from their existing investments within biddable media while identifying growth & performance opportunities of both agency and client benefit
  • Acting as the senior point of contact for our clients and as a liaison between internal teams
  • Performing client reviews and scoping new opportunities to improve, or upsell our services
  • Work to understand your client’s pressures and internal demands to ensure Reprise Digital provides the right response at the right time in the right manner
  • Build an understanding of clients’ business and digital marketing objectives, and develop strategies to help meet those objectives

People Management
  • Mentoring team members and developing a culture of excellence and ownership
  • Managing the progression and development of team members, including identifying training needs and organisation of regular personal development plan sessions and annual appraisals
  • Actively nurture the goal of making Reprise an enjoyable place for staff to work and for clients to engage with
  • Actively review workloads and client allocations across teams

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years industry experience
