Description & Requirements

Position Summary

We are the world's fastest growing media agency built upon the strongest strategic capability of any agency in the market. Core to this strategic proposition is the belief that the faster a brand can move through culture the more relevant it can become. We call this Cultural Velocity ™. Our process is designed to create ideas that move through culture through unique insight, market leading analytics and strategic media brilliance. Our new world model is comprised of five central "craft centers" - Client Advice and Management (CAM), Strategy, Communications Design (CD), Partnerships, and Culture, Insights and Analytics (CIA).

CAM acts as both business partner to the client and internal leader to brief, inspire, motivate and drive our teams to deliver the highest quality integrated solutions across a full spectrum of cross-craft disciplines. Strategy helps brands to move in culture, designing and defining how a brand will live, play and thrive in the world. They initiate opportunities for brands to differentiate and develop the strategic direction and translate business goals into actionable communications tasks, first identifying and then designing the most profitable audience, space or place for the brand to occupy. CD are the architects of how a brand idea will be delivered across an omni-channel communications ecosystem in order to unlock the behavior change that drives brand growth. Communications Design are experts in creating connected communications experiences that spread. Partnerships is the next generation marketplace team of experts that identify, broker and manage the relationship between media, partners and culture vehicles for a given brand. This team leads partner evaluations, makes strategic investment recommendations and manages in-market KPIs.  CIA are our data champions, grounding us in fact, inspiring our insights and measuring our outcomes. They help determine the driving forces behind audience behaviors as well as brand and media performance via a variety of tools and analytical techniques, including healthcare/pharmaceutical specific qualitative and quantitative research, econometric modelling and multi-touch attribution. These help us understand where leads and conversions are coming from as well as the optimal media channel mix and budget allocations. They advise and help create strategies to ensure the right message is getting in front of the right target audience at the right time using the right medium, via the deployment of real-time machine learning and harnessing the capability of some of the best campaign engineers in the business. In addition, they deliver the clear and precise reporting that ensures we are constantly learning and optimizing. They manage all dashboard reporting, helping our clients create and access simple, real-time reports to allow every stakeholder to have the most relevant and important pieces of information at their fingertips.

Each craft center is as important as the other, because only when they are effectively combined can we produce a truly creative and integrated product for our clients. We strive for world-class work on every client, every time. We believe that good enough is not good enough. We hope you do too. We are excited to have you and your unique talent helping us to realize our ambition to be the best media agency in the world.
