Position Summary

As a Head of eCommerce Strategy at Reprise, you will be responsible for creating and overseeing the execution of eCommerce strategies for renowned international and local brands. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and present data-driven webstore and marketplace strategies for large international and local brands
  • Develop eCommerce product roadmap, to remain at the forefront of digital, product and technology innovation
  • Create ecommerce full-funnel marketing and media strategies for driving brand awareness, loyalty and sales
  • Identify and advise on potential platforms for webstore development based on client’s needs
  • Develop and manage relationships with local marketplace players
  • Guide customers on effective ecommerce campaigns, especially for driving growth outside the shopping holidays
  • Provide best practices for ecommerce optimization to improve customer journey and webstore/ marketplace performance
  • Webstore and marketplace performance analysis with in-depth insights and actionable next steps
  • Provide advisory on the advertising, SEO and CRO best practices for eCommerce

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years experience in digital marketing with an extensive experience in eCommerce
  • Extensive understanding of the digital landscape; keeping up to date with new trends and technology
  • Strong experience in media planning across all major advertising platforms
  • Advanced knowledge of SEO, CRO, social commerce, CRM platforms, Google Analytics
  • Proven track record of creating digital strategies that has resulted in significant growth in ecommerce performance
  • Great communication skills, with ability to manage and positively influence stakeholders at all levels and nurture relationships both internally and externally
  • Excellent presentation skills, comfortable presenting in front of an audience
  • Good understanding of analytics and performance marketing.
  • Degree holder, preferably in Marketing, Commerce or other related field
