Position Summary

The CIA Manager will be responsible for the delivery of a variety of proprietary and ad hoc developed data and insight projects following our specific positioning tools set.
This is a client facing role and would be expected to contribute to status and project meetings with clients as well as deliver content confidently to client marketing audiences.
The selected person will hierarchically report to Strategy & Innovation Lead.


Key Responsibilities

  • Operational management and evolution of a global proprietary analytics suite
  • Development of curated insight projects using proprietary, public and client data
  • Project management of campaign effectiveness measurement program
  • Create audience and effectiveness measurement consultancy opportunities through our data and tech stack or development of new products
  • Development of machine learning analysis using advanced statistical techniques
  • Algorithm programming for the automation and optimization of the data ingestion, analysis and data visualization
  • Ability to collect data from all kinds of different sources (online and offline), to internal databases;
  • Create data visualizations that communicate your findings in a dynamic way;
  • Supporting in new business and product development projects.


Desired Skills & Experience

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficiency in English and Italian in writing and speaking
  • Bachelor's degree or above (ideal areas of study/related study include: Computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Management, Economics & Marketing, but all others considered);
  • Ability to work with big data and thinking out of the box, creating value and impact for the business;
  • Experience touchpoints measurement, campaign effectiveness measurement, analytics modelling
  • Familiar with media industry
  • A growing understanding of the interconnectivity of data sources for example from DMPs through to online panel providers ideal
  • Keen curiosity to understand the relationships and opportunities across audiences, brands, communications
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Comfortable developing presentations using insights derived from multiple intelligence sources.

  • Interest in marketing geo-spatial analysis;
