Position Summary

The Digital Supervisor is responsible for managing all digital tasks and client service activities associated with an assigned account. The Digital Supervisor will coordinate the team and different clients. ​

Monitoring the Clients goals and the agency revenue in order to optimize agency proceses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage different campaign typologies ​
  • Proven experience on awareness and performance activities​
  • Manage and coordinate resources ensuring their field training​
  • Understand client goals and represent client interests to internal teams​
  • Develop and Present client strategy both internally and externally​
  • Manage the Implementation of the strategy and timely media plan delivery​
  • Daily project management​
  • Responsible for billing process​
  • Develop strategically solid media recommendations with supporting rationale​
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships interdepartmentally as well as with those outside the team

Desired Skills & Experience

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Media Agency or Company ​
  • Fluent in English​
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills​
  • Strong communication, project management, time management and leadership skills​
  • Detail oriented with exceptional critical thinking and problem solving abilities​
  • Proven Knowledge of all aspects of Digital Media, tools and platforms​
  • Independent and able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
