Position Summary

The OOH Media Planner will work in the OOH planning group managing local and international clients and report to the OOH Media Manager.

He/She will be responsible of the entire OOH planning process by providing media planning and buying recommendation, applying a working knowledge of OOH media concepts, terminology, media tools, and media plan execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day implementation and optimization of OOH campaign activities (planning & buying)
    • Managing client campaigns from brief through to post campaign analysis
    • Market analysis and reviews including competitive analysis
    • Pulling together information for presentations such as audience data and market trends
    • Working with the creatives’ agencies to ensure they have all artwork specifications and ensure everything is delivered on time
  • Take responsibility for client work e.g. attending agency/client briefings, taking ownership of briefs, managing client demands & expectations etc.
  • Demonstrate a high degree of agility in a fast-paced environment
  • Analyze campaigns, and recommend tactical changes to maximize campaign performance
  • Keep up-to-date with market trends and new developments
  • Support members of the team to balance workload across the team, helping with general administration and organization

  • Strong understanding of OOH media tools, as well as an understanding of media and creative concepts
  • Accuracy, precision, attention to details and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of media agency dynamics and environment, demonstrates current knowledge of industry trends and best practices
  • At least 3 year-experience in Media Planning and buying are appreciated
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Word skills
  • Knowledge of all aspects of OOH Media
  • Languages: fluent Italian. Good English (written and spoken)
  • Ability to multi-task, work successfully with team
  • Client relationship management
  • A flare for project and time management
  • Pro-active and flexible attitude
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Willingness to develop and succeed
