Position Summary
The Manager, Data Science & Analytics is part of the Global Corporate Affairs team within Rufus at Initiative on the Culture, Insights & Analytics team. Amazon's GCA team is tasked with increasing brand sentiment of Amazon among Opinion Leaders and are responsible for identifying and creating messaging and activation strategy that highlight substantive proof points to bolster Amazon’s reputation. The Manager will oversee day-to-day operations and a team of analysts. Working with the Director, Project Manager and Data Engineer, the primary focus is on advanced reporting, such as overlap analyses, reach and frequency, incremental reach and creative performance optimization. As well, the Manager will have hands-on expertise in data insights/visualization and will support internal and external teams to drive performance. Expertise in data science and data manipulation are pivotal for this role, as experience managing and nurturing a small team.
