Position Summary

The Finance Manager will oversee day to day financial operations, manage the P&L of the US office, and support all other finance deliverables as related to revenue in conjunction with the Finance Director.  Responsibilities include timely and accurate financial reporting, budget and forecast building and ad hoc analysis.  In addition they will have two direct reports. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze financial performance, taking into account internal targets and benchmarks set forth by the holding company.
  • Assist in driving core planning processes and forecasts in close coordination with other members of the FP&A team (quarterly and annual forecasts, scenario modeling)
  • Create, analyze and consolidate budgets, estimates and forecasts
  • Analyze financial results and communicate key messages to senior members of the FP&A team
  • Execute ad-hoc projects delegated by senior leaders.
  • Assist in analysis and presentation of strategic materials for key management meetings
  • Ensure that reporting requirements and uploads, as well as all financial transactions such as payables, occur on a timely basis, with accuracy
  • Ensure agency complies with corporate guidelines, client contracts, SOX and other requirements
  • Coordinate and manage deadlines and deliverables, including budget, forecast and quarterly submissions
  • Partner regularly with other finance teams
  • Analyze existing processes and identify process improvement opportunities and provide support as new processes are coordinated and put in place
  • Support development and reviews deliverables of two direct reports. 

Desired Skills & Experience

Work Experience:

·        5+ years of experience in a financial operations role, with budgeting and analysis responsibilities. Media experience is preferred.


·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, ability to multi task, high level of integrity, quick learner, a self-starter with ability to work in a fast paced environment

·        Highly proficient in MS Office products Excel, Power Point, and Access

·        Ability to create VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, PIVOTS, etc. in Excel

·        Experience with Khalix, Longview, Hyperion and SAP Vantage a plus
