Position Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for helping to track and process media inventory. DIGITAL MEDIA MANAGER will work closely with the media partners and agencies of IPG Mediabrands’s group. This role supports the Media team in preparing, maintaining, tracking and stewarding client’s media schedules, both on and off-line. It’s the perfect opportunity to gain proficiency in digital media while gaining knowledge of the offline communication at the same time.

The Candidate should bring an innovative mindset and strong business acumen to help drive business growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage digital media plans (planning and buying)
  • Support in pre and post-campaign analysis
  • Interact daily and maintain rapport with on and off media publishers
  • Building productive working relationships with internal teams and technology partners
  • Analyze research data and media/marketing information
  • Support in monitoring and assessing ongoing campaign performance
  • Recommend new ways of more efficiently managing and maintaining information as well as overall ways to help our department grow



Desired Skills & Experience

  • 2/3 year experience in Digital Media planning is appreciated
  • Knowledge of ad serving/ trafficking technology (i.e. CM Google)
  • Knowledge of ad verification technology ( i.e. IAS, MOAT, etc)
  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Language: Good level of English (B1 minimum)
  • Analytical Skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills required
