Position Summary

The fast-growing Paid Social arm of our Biddable Media team is looking for an Account Manager to oversee key accounts.

The perfect candidate will have strong experience working in an agency planning or digital activation role and know the Facebook Ad Platform inside-out, while knowledge of Twitter, LinkedIn, Google, YouTube or other biddable ad platforms is valued.

This role will act as an expert on all things Paid Social for both our clients and internal planning teams, whilst managing account executives and executives responsible for the delivery of campaigns.

This role provides the perfect platform for the candidate to join an award-winning team and learn from a wide range of clients, industries and digital disciplines, which are of central importance to today’s advertising and media industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Being a source of expertise in Biddable Media – particularly Paid Social – for the wider business and our clients
  • Day-to-day management of account executives
  • Planning biddable media campaign strategies and tactics
  • Pitches and new business

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Passionate about digital and can demonstrate an interest in it outside the workplace
  • Experienced in working with Direct Response clients
  • Confident in leading conversations around attribution and tracking
  • Strong knowledge of other digital channels and disciplines, such as affiliates, SEO and display
  • Excellent written and numerical skills
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Strong presentation skills


Essential experience and qualifications

  • At least two years’ experience working within a media agency (preferred) or media owner
  • Experience working with Facebook and Twitter’s ad platforms
  • Strong mathematical skills
