Position Summary

You will be working with multiple members of the team, helping to deliver best-in-class performance results for our clients, across a multitude of channels and partners so flexibility in thinking and coordination of deadlines is key for the role. 


Full training of channels and tools will be provided, we are more interested in a can-do attitude than having all the skills, also we are looking for proactive and opinionated people to join our team who are somewhat independent. Position will be operationally reporting to Initiative while directly reporting to Reprise. 


Key Responsibilities

Strategy:

Responsible for the strategic direction of various performance marketing channels. This includes:


Setting up, managing, and optimizing campaigns across platforms like - SEM, Social, Display, Content discovery platforms, etc.

Equip junior team member working on the business to collaborate with respective media planners and ensure successful delivery of the performance strategy

Able to support in distilling client needs (stated and implicit) and tailor performance solutions  accordingly. Support processes for efficiency and effectiveness when working with agency teamsTweak strategies by evaluating the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of all  existing performance marketing channels to determine and make necessary adjustments  to optimize marketing effectiveness.

Use multi-touch attribution to track touchpoints across the funnel, which will help maximize campaign effectiveness.

Leverage customer insights to better segment, target and reach potential customers

Explore new marketing opportunities across platforms, devices, formats, etc

Own brand plans, QBRs (quarterly business reviews), monitor key campaign performance strategy personally and work on BAU campaign strategy with the support of the team


Analytics: Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving is a must    for this role. Needs to adopt a methodical approach while analyzing statistics and should be able to glean insights to make campaign recommendations.

Decision-Making:

She/ he should be resourceful and demonstrate a thorough understanding of key performance metrics on various channels.

Scope out and identify new platforms, tools and systems to improve performance

Identify pain points to creatively improve non-performing areas

Client Servicing:

She/ He will work closely (day-to-day basis) with the Client marketing team, Internal Media Planning Team and Performance Marketing Team to drive operational excellence. The role will be supporting the team for anything related to performance marketing strategy, innovations, telco category analysis, etc

Any additional ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior.


Desired Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field

• At least five years or more of digital marketing experience. Strong emphasis and prior success in paid digital marketing and analytics

• Fluent in written and conversational English

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
