Position Summary

The Campaign Production Manager is a key role in campaign success, ensuring assets get to the right place at the right time, and delivering campaign launches exactly as planned to drive the most effective audience response possible.

Initiative’s agency scope for Nike in EMEA includes the coordination of production drives for seasonal integrated campaigns. This workstream involves collecting details of a variety of interdependent dates, media asset specifications, coordination across client and creative/production agency partners, and internal Initiative stakeholders across crafts. The production drive task also includes accurate compilation, adaptation, and maintenance of digital asset taxonomy codes (via Claravine) to ensure the intended digital ad assets are served across platforms and partners, and their performance can be precisely measured and reported.

Key Responsibilities


Client
  • Maintain weekly client contact/manage client requests regarding creative requirements based on latest media plans.
  • Prompt responsiveness to client requests relating to creative production and taxonomy

Internal
  • Partner closely with Comms Design, Partnerships, Analytics and Adops teams to ensure perfect alignment across media plans, creative production and tagging of campaigns
  • Have thorough knowledge of the latest digital media creative specs
  • Connect closely with our Geo and territory teams to collect and deliver creative produced by Nike creative partners
  • Assist with creative and trafficking issues
  • Integral in campaign set up and execution including production sheets, specs, creative rotation and supporting documentation
  • Act as key liaison with internal implementation teams
  • Attend company events and department wide meetings
  • Mentor and assist in the training of Associates
  • Vigorously review all work to ensure high quality standard
  • Manage creative partners plan creation and presentation development
  • Lead and manage daily shifts, reporting of creative status, oversight of client requirements
  • Maintain regular campaign oversight all creative rotation, delivery, and optimization plans
  • Manage the Analytics and Ad Ops relationship to ensure proper tagging, reporting and optimization strategies 

Commercial
  • Timely resolution of all creative issues
  • Foster strong relationships with creative partners
  • Ensures and advocates for creative partner relationships

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Proficiency with Microsoft programs, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Detail-oriented, organized, conscientious, with the ability to multi-task and work well under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
  • 2+ years of experience in digital media;
  • Fundamental understanding of media & creative tools like Claravine, DCM, Jivox, Smartly as well as syndicated tools;
  • Ability to communicate concisely and clearly both orally and in writing.
