Description & Requirements

Position Summary

Support across the Influencer campaign process including ideation, sourcing, vetting, sell-through, outreach and monitoring and reporting.  You will also support a team of Creative Strategists in ideating and briefing in content for the brand pages of multiple well known and trusted brands, inclusive of content idea generation, briefing and reporting.  You will be required to be attentive, and detail oriented as well as empathetic and connected to culture at large. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Help influencer marketing team manage and source influencer network
  • Source creators that fit brand tone, values and campaign brief objectives
  • Build sell-through presentations and post reports with the guidance of strategy team
  • Assist in the development of influencer plans and maintain work back schedules
  • Posting approved content to brand pages
  • Work closely with the content producer and strategy lead to help ideate, produce and optimize best-in-class social media content (Real-Time and Planned) for both paid and organic channels
  • Strong collaboration with internal paid team, to build breakthrough campaigns that accelerate digital media performance
  • Build Target insights / Insights mining
  • Content planning, copy writing and working collaboratively with production team to develop static and motion digital content

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience - University graduate and/or advertising/marketing College degree preferred. 
  • Deep knowledge and passion for social platforms – how they work, formats, platform tools etc.
  • Interest in and talent for writing
  • Can work independently and time manage well
  • Adaptable and solution oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • You’re up for a challenge and work well under pressure
