Here is a brief description of each centre.

Client Advice & Management (CAM)

Client Advice acts as both business partner to the client and internal leader to brief, inspire, motivate and drive our teams to deliver the highest quality integrated solutions across a full spectrum of communication disciplines – Strategy, Communications Design, Partnerships and Mediabrands Specialty Business Units in areas like Social, Programmatic, Mobile, Search and Innovation.

The authority on all Initiative and IPG Mediabrands services, Client Advice is responsible for regularly identifying unmet client needs and challenges, for bringing forth specialised services and solutions to meet those needs, and for growing Initiative’s client relationships in both revenue and profitability.  Importantly, Client Advice must also ensure that reasonable, achievable and business appropriate KPI’s are in place to ensure a positive and mutually beneficial relationship between agency and client.

Communications Design (CD)

Communications Design are the architects of how a brand idea will be delivered across a communications ecosystem in order to unlock the behaviour change that drives brand growth. Communications Design are experts in creating connected communications experiences that spread.  They work with strategy and creative partners to translate the client’s cultural opportunity into the idea that shapes the experience someone will have with the brand across paid, owned and earned encounters. Communications Design define the right audiences of value, and how you will engage them within the experience and they work with our analytics partners to quantify the business impact that the holistic experience will have on the brand over time.


The Partnerships team is the next generation marketplace team of experts that identify, broker and manage the relationship between media, partners and culture vehicles for a given brand.  This team leads partner evaluations, makes strategic investment recommendations and manages in-market KPIs.  Partnerships works closely with Strategy and Communications Design to bring communications experiences to life and drive innovation.  This team ensures we are supporting and executing against the overall corporate initiatives as well as drive maximum value for our clients.

Working closely with the CAM Director, Comms Design AD, and the Partnerships Director, the role will be to support the team in developing key processes, media best practice/recommendations, and partnerships across WE local markets (UK, EUC, France, Benelux, Italy, Spain, Nordics, and Portugal).

The Senior Executive will work with the regional Initiative Junior team and local IJ markets, as well as Mediabrands SBUs to ensure brilliant outputs, design, flawless execution, and most importantly, delivery on KPIs and business results for your client.

The role requires knowledge across all channels in conjunction with specialists - TV, Digital, OOH, Print and Radio, however, it is essential that the candidate has strong working knowledge of executing digital activity in particular.

Key Responsibilities

Key Tasks

  • Coordinate key communication streams with both Global and Local IJ
  •  Maintain Local to Regional feedback loop (ad hoc requests & regular sharing forums)
  • Lead local market data collation & competitive requests
  • TRR coordination with local markets
  • Assist CAM Director, Comms Design AD, & Partnerships Director on larger projects when needed
  • Review key local market plans on a regular basis to enable increased regional transparency into local planning
  • Collate local market reporting into regional overview and insight, with a focus on larger/Tent-pole campaign results (and others as necessary)
  • Conduct industry research as required
  • Work with directors to craft training for WE LEGO Brand teams as required
  •  Finance trackers ownership
  • Attention to detail when producing documents is of high importance.
  • Ensure all internal/external deadlines are met.
  • Develop strong relationships with media owners, creative agencies, and clients.
  •  Ensure campaign reports & regional summaries are delivered to the client in a timely fashion. – repetitive with the second point.

Desired Skills & Experience


  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in an integrated planning role in media, publisher / vendor, or communications discipline (digital, content)
  • Experience in international media & market co-ordination desirable
  • Strong communication skills, enabling effective cross-country alignment and client contact
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills
  • Proven problem solving ability
  • Ability to work successfully within a team, handling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines under pressure
