Position Summary

The SEO Manager will work across a range of specialities found within owned assets, including content marketing, CRO and web testing.  Working across a specific portfolio of clients, you will be pivotal in the delivery and strategy development for our Tier 1 clients. This includes SEO, content marketing, analytics, CRO and Web Testing, organic social media, and more. You’d be responsible for managing the day to day of the Executives and Coordinators and whilst this is a manager role you should never be shy from getting down and dirty on the tools.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the SEO Director, you will be crucial in: 

  • Strategic development and campaign planning for owned channels 
  • Evolving and shaping our SEO offering across our current clients, including the opportunity to work on pitches and bigger strategy pieces. 
  • Reporting and analysis of campaigns, making recommendation to ensure effective optimisation. 
  • Leading all client communications and ensuring a high level of client interaction 
  • Training and supporting Executives and Coordinators in your team 

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 3+ yearexperience within organic search and owned media 
  • Previous experience of managing and mentoring a small team 
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to positively influence both internal and external stakeholders  
  • Analytically minded with strong reporting skills. 
  • A thirst for knowledge; a strong understanding of the digital landscape and keeping up to date with trends and technology. 
  • Team player combined with the ability to have fun!
