Position Summary

Initiative is seeking a Senior Analyst to work as the strategic interface between the client and our Data & Technology partners inputting and providing guidance that align with priorities, in order to maximize the business value of their technology investments. The Senior Analyst is responsible for the overall growth, quality, and satisfaction of the business relationship and as well as delivering on the clients data and analytics requirements.

 

The successful candidate will be a key member of the INI Media Operations team, managing solution discovery, operational efficiencies, business readiness, service management, risk management, data quality, relationship management, and customer success. 


Key Responsibilities


  • Working with the Comms Design Teams to ensure entry of all Planned Client activity within Lumina, generating ad-hoc reports, and delivering against core project objectives
  • Understand the Clients data and analytics needs, working with the various business leads to deliver on their requirements. Oversee development of tools that automate and streamline processes such as: automated reporting dashboards, diagnostic tools, campaign trackers, creative specification templates, standardized media plan templates, etc.
  • Understand the detail to develop workflows and ensure there is a smooth process that has minimal manual steps
  • Work with different markets to ensure they are following the defined processes
  • Work with the business to identify critical business implementation leads at the start of an engagement and ensure a plan is in place for business readiness, product / services configuration, rollout, and ongoing product support
  • Track and participate in key milestone reviews on assigned engagements. Ensure proper business engagement and expectation management for long-term success
  • Governance of naming conventions, data entry and usage of ad-tech tools
  • Review new technologies, organize product trials, coordinate technology design partnerships and case studies
  • Influential in digital strategy from a technology perspective ensuring the right technologies and platforms are utilized to improve efficiency and accuracy of digital campaigns
  • Finding solutions for non-compliance and updating processes to drive further adoption
  • Drive change management with the local teams to break down the barriers of entry
  • Expectation and relationship management with all stakeholders
  • Project management and on-time delivery
  • Maintain a positive working attitude
  • Identify opportunities to create efficiencies between all teams
  • Evolve internal processes to enable dynamic and agile data delivery of campaigns

Desired Skills & Experience


  • Previous experience of media / marketing; roles in growth development, operations, digital marketing, or analytics is a plus
  • Knowledge of media and agency operations as well as the full spectrum of media planning and buying functions and supporting software is preferred
  • Experience in client/business sponsor facing roles in a technology business, developing and maintaining relationships while delivering successful software programs is ideal
  • Demonstrated experience developing statement of work and business acceptance criteria
  • Experience with software implementation and post-implementation reviews
  • Experience with solutions based on SharePoint, SQL Server, Microsoft’s Business Intelligence stack, Tableau, Datorama, Colspace and MediaTools is a plus
  • Ability to investigate, analyze and solve problems as well as clearly communicate results
  • Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills: welcome client’s business challenges and identify data driven solutions
  • Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with the ability to learn and apply new concepts and tools quickly
  • Strong attention to detail, well organized and has the ability to prioritize tasks under pressure
  • Soft skills: attentiveness, detail oriented, excellent ability to communicate
  • Ability to travel (on occasion)
