This role is responsible for being the brand's voice on social and performing tasks of engagement and customer support manager.  The duties include, but are not limited to, responding to user queries/complaints, engaging with the brand fans, and monitoring & tagging the basis of the online conversation's pre-identified criteria. This opportunity will provide a platform to partner with the world’s leading consumer brands.

• Managing trackers, sending reminders and closing loops with the stakeholders
• Categorizing conversations in the listening tool, as required by the project(s)Maintain and circulate daily, weekly and monthly ORM reports to internal departments for their information and further action
• Connect, converse and engage with the target audience on digital platforms across, on behalf of the brand

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to respond in grammatically correct English
• Analytical bend of mind, especially Senior Executives
• Good knowledge of the basics of Social Media platforms
• Strong work ethic - the ability to work on multiple projects at once, sometimes under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Desire to learn social media, direct response strategies & tactics, reporting & analytics.
