Position Summary

The Senior Performance Executive is part of the team supporting a wonderfully diverse and interesting client base such as the likes of Amazon and Lego. This particular role focuses on managing 3-4 key performance accounts that spans multiple APAC markets.

 

Working closely with the Performance Manager and Director on these accounts, the role is responsible for planning and operational management of performance campaigns and activities, assuring best practice performance implementation and campaign management, and that our delivery and service is of consistently high standards.

 

We are looking for an individual who has a love for performance driven platforms like search, paid social and programmatic, and would be keen to learn more about the ever-changing landscape – from planning and executing to innovation and technologies. The ideal candidate will have had hands-on experience in comfortably managing performance/ biddable channels, namely Paid Search and touchpoints including display, video and social.  Knowledge of programmatic buying, retargeting and audience management to enhance conversions and ROAS, would be of benefit, but not essential.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:

·       Overall Performance campaign delivery, implementation and operational management across 3-4 key accounts

·       Hands-on management of Paid Search and Social platforms (e.g. Google ads, SA360, Meta, Tik Tok)

·       Implementation of campaign ad serving in line with ad ops process

·       With the support of the team, ensure the delivery of Performance campaigns across various channels, platforms and touchpoints, in line with campaign objectives

·       Understand performance objectives and set-up bidding strategies to effectively optimise and deliver towards Performance media KPIs

·       Weekly/monthly reporting, analysis and insights of on-going performance

·       Performance media planning and forecasting with rationale

·       Support the billing and finance process by ensuring that buys are uploaded onto the billing system

Desired Skills & Experience

Skills & Qualifications

·       Minimum 2 years’ experience in managing performance campaigns

·       Experience in a media agency or in-house performance marketing department is a plus

·       Ability to interact and effectively communicate across all aspects of implementation and operational management, building strong internal and external relationships

·       Experience in implementing across a spectrum of performance channels and touchpoints including search, display, video and social, and also understanding the use of programmatic buying methods

·       Ability to work with and manage others around implementational and operational processes, and effectively troubleshoot operational issues should the occasion calls for it

·       Outstanding team player with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills

·       Knowledge and experience working with key platforms like Google and Facebook is a must

·       Knowledge and experience working with the Google and Facebook adtech stack is a plus
