Key Responsibilities

  • Understand new retail / omni-channel user journey under the highly competitive and rapid changing market landscape, you will need to work with GM and multiple business stakeholders to identify and gather critical data sources to understand the current situation and business performance, identify ‘actionable’ insights and learnings, identify gaps and opportunities and share insights to facilitate strategic discussion and business decision making with the goal to optimize business KPIs
  • Work with business stakeholders to identify key priorities, and work with other agency partners to develop action plan to gather data, reports, insights and implement key learnings to continue to optimize the business results

  • Establish and consolidate data streams to deliver a view of EC, digital marketing, CRM and operational performance. Define and deploy dashboards and reports, using data visualization and insight analysis, work with key stakeholders to define KPIs, key metrics and benchmarks.
  • Provide weekly, monthly, seasonal/campaign reporting with actionable analysis and recommendations. Work with Strategy and Program Management team to identify and present key findings of reports can be incorporate into action plan or marketing plans

·         Work with senior members to support each SBU in terms of data and insights, aiming to define customer needs and behavioral segmentation; work with media key stakeholders to translate the insight into plan and action of targeting, re-targeting, click-through rate, conversion rate optimization and any other actions to continue the performance

·         Act as a champion to develop analytics and insights framework and capabilities with supervision from team senior member

·         Actively collecting market intelligence on but not limited to industry trends and learnings, media trends, audience insights, technology development, case studies etc.

Desired Skills & Experience

·         Minimum 2+ years of working experience in marketing/advertising related field for brand management, Client or 4As agency experience is prefer

·         Solid skills on machine language, e.g. python etc.

·         Must have excellent analytics, communication and presentation skills with the goal to better present to client management team to demonstrate key findings and facilitate business decision discussion.

·         Bachelor degree or above, prefer marketing or advertising related major

·         Open-minded and goal oriented
