Position Summary

The Sr. Associate position on Decision Sciences (DS) team, is tasked with leading brand level application of traditional and innovative DS functions. These functions include assisting in the development of high value audiences, partnering with key ad tech partners, and stewarding digital campaign creation and execution with a focus on the Healthcare Industry.

Key Responsibilities

·       Lead data extraction from measurement platforms to assist with a broad range of analyses that drive media optimization and improvement in marketing techniques and business strategies.

·       Support leadership in driving platform partnerships and data/vendor strategy, including but not limited to: DSP partnerships, data provider management, private marketplace design, consultation with Acxiom

·       Oversight and stewardship ensuring appropriate application/execution & campaign set-up is implemented to deliver on Innovation projects and Learning Agenda items

·       Liaise between the agency trading desk, Planning Teams, and other key internal groups on each account (marketplace, research/analytics, operations) to ensure client needs are being met and to carry out precision strategy process workflows

Desired Skills & Experience

·       Rx/Healthcare Data Solutions: Familiar with Rx data and measurement solutions required, preferably Crossix (both targeting methodology and DIFA Dashboard for measurement)

·       Problem Solving: Anticipates, recognizes and clearly defines problems using various techniques to systematically analyze, weigh alternatives and propose solutions.

·       Prioritization: Assesses and ranks issues and tasks in order of importance for taking action

·       Platform Expertise: Familiar with media measurement platforms (i.e. DCM) and data visualization tools such as Tableau

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2-3 years of experience in a media related role
  • Preferred: experience with digital investment and programmatic media
