Description & Requirements

Position Summary

The TA Executive reports to the TA team lead and is responsible for executing all recruitment activities within Mediabrands.

Key Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities

·       Responsible for the full recruiting process, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, conducting interviews, managing interview debrief process to the point of offer acceptance

·       Ensure proper use of the internal ATS system, mastering and guiding local hiring teams on system use and new functionalities

·       Liaise with department managers/business leads to understand the job requirements/descriptions to ensure recruitment KPIs are met in a timely and efficient manner

·       Partner with hiring teams to execute an effective sourcing strategy which targets multiple candidate channels

·       Participate in or lead sourcing projects/ recruiting initiatives including but not limited to campus recruitment, social media forums, career fairs

·       Prepare weekly recruitment reports

 

·       Support ad hoc HR projects or activities 

Desired Skills & Experience

Requirements 

  • Degree preferably with experience recruiting from the media/ advertising industry
  • Strong communication skills and comfortable with learning new systems and programmes
  • Resourceful, ability to multitask and prioritise, to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Microsoft word/excel/powerpoint
  • Avature
