Position Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to experience the way HR works from a regional perspective. This role is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to all HR, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) and Talent experience projects and gain an in-depth understanding of how projects are managed at a regional level and filtered down to a local level.

Reporting into the HR Business Partner, EMEA, you will be working across all of our 21 markets in the EMEA region. You will be coordinating and supporting all EMEA-wide HR initiatives working closely with the Senior HR Project Advisor and supporting the regional HR team including Head of DEI, Head of Talent Development, Talent Analytics Business Partner and Chief Talent Officer.

Some examples of the exciting projects we are currently working on are: diversity in recruitment; equity and transparency in compensation; global inclusion education programme; critical talent management and development; mental health and well-being; international mobility; management and leadership development; employee listening strategy; and launching and implementing new talent management systems (recruitment, onboarding, learning, performance).



Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all HR and diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives, communications, events, programmes and projects in EMEA.
  • Coordinate Talent Development projects and support the team (survey analysis, providing lists of relevant people to add to programmes, support talent development events)
  • Create onboarding packs for new starters (org charts, presentations, organise intro calls etc.)
  • Organise presentations for relevant calls and meetings (HR Leadership Forum, EMEA HR calls)
  • Assist with coordination of post-meeting action items, manage and monitor projects, provide progress updates to key stakeholders
  • Create reports (i.e. headcount reports for pitch requests, HR Analytics Dashboard, measuring ROI of L&D/DEI activities, other ad-hoc reporting requests)
  • Manage EMEA HR team and project calendars (diarising HR Leadership forum sessions, all EMEA HR calls, team meetings) and keeping the EMEA HR Projects Calendar up to date with any key dates, milestones and updates.
Systems, Administration and Compliance

  • Maintain central resource for EMEA HR activities such as training, key contact lists, mailing lists, Microsoft Teams groups access
  • Maintain the EMEA HR Community Hub Sharepoint page and EMEA DEI Sharepoint page, ensuring that it is up to date with the latest project resources, deadlines, team and business updates
  • Provide system access and onboarding training to new HR team members
  • Talent Management System Regional Superuser. Support the Senior Talent Project Advisor on the management of the systems. This includes running reports, resolving user issues, maintaining the HR admin access list and providing general support
  • Ethics and Compliance Training Portal Superuser. Maintenance of user lists, access requests, and supporting the Senior Talent Project Advisor on communications to ensure all markets are fully compliant
  • Other ad-hoc requests and general support to the whole EMEA HR team

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Confident working knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint. 
  • Good coordination/administrative experience
